Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love everything from Milkmoon 🌙. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it easy.

Our 30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with their original tags still attached and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Simply email Holly at holly@milkmoon.co.uk and we'll send you full return instructions, including the address to send your parcel to.

Please note: items sent back to us without first arranging a return won't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, let us know straight away at holly@milkmoon.co.uk and we'll put it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you really want is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. That way the piece you love is on its way to you in no time.

Items we can't accept back

Sale items and gift cards can't be returned or exchanged.

For our EU customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it — no reason needed. As with all returns, items must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached and in their original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return arrives with us, we'll inspect it and let you know whether it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to process and show the refund in your account.

If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't seen the refund land, please email Holly at holly@milkmoon.co.uk and we'll chase it up for you.
